HELP HELP HELP

Recently replaced my clock lights the centre radio one, after putting the car back together it won't even attempt to turn over and the speedo clocks are having a fit I haven't a clue what's wrong with it? Radio is working but no electrics what so ever other than the radio works.

Have you checked ALL fuses and ALL relays? Maybe you touched a wire you shouldn't have and it's cause a short or knocked a wire loose? Retrace your steps what exactly have you touched and check its still in place
