Hi i recently bought this 2000 plate clio need a few tips on ride height.

So... as it says above i bought this car 2 days agofor 475 everything that you see came as it is.

What im worried about is the front bumper/skirt scraping on bumps/humps, pot holes what ever.
if i was to fit 30mm or 35mm lowering springs all way round would that make it any higher and be better or would i be okay as it is now i dont have alot of ground clearance on the front at the moment so any suggestions on what i can do maybe higher springs or something.
I dont fancy paying £400 for coilovers.
hopefully the pics are not to bad.

I would start by removing the bumper skirts and putting a front spillter on change the rear lights to std and paint the wheels silver and the wing mirror covers to match the car first

I know i wont be keeping the car as is it now its more of a project there is certain things i like and there is some things where i wonder what went through there head

Thats because it was previously owned by a kid. Listen im not asking your opinion on the car i want to know about ride height jesus christ.

Guys and girls, if you can't answer his question, don't spam the thread.

OP - buy a set of secondhand standard shocks and springs for the ph1, fit those and take the front splitter off and ground clearance etc will be fine.
