Ok, I currently own the following:
Diamond D5 1200.1 monoblock
Diamond D5 600.2 stereo amplifier
Diamond M6 10" Sub
JL VR525CS Components
Alpine 9831R HU
I don't have the components amped at the moment, so the 600.2 is not in use.
I am relaively happy with the overall sound, but think that it would obviously benefit from having the components amped. My issue is that I only have 4AWG cabling installed.
It seems very expensive, and a lot of hassle to sort out the cabling for 0AWG (doing the 'big three' etc) so I'm not sure I want to go down that route.
I am thinking of selling up, and starting again... if I do, what should I go for? What the best stuff I can get on the end of 4AWG cabling?
Maybe my gear would be okay on 4AWG? How do I tell/know?
I'm confused, and annoyed - I just want a decent sounding system!
What shall I do?
