Hey, what visable differences are there between the 16v engine and the Willy engine?

Just brought a 16v with a Willy engine can i get away with 16v insurance

anyways, enough about that i have just brought it with a Willy engine done 62k miles, Hillpower chip and induction kit and magnex exaust with de-cat....i couldnt say no to buying it when i drove it!
