inside door handles removal

any know how to remove the handles (inside)? i seen the guides and it just tells u to pull it out. theres some kinda of mechanism behind the handle that i cant remove! anyone can help?

there is a wire with like a piece of metal on the end, its just sort of a case of sliding that piece of metal into the gap big enough for it to come out...look closely and you will see!
