iridium spark plug advise bkr7eix-11

i am going to buy the ngk spark plugs bkr7eix-11
i want to learn are they compatible to 172
i have a remap with 8300 rev
because of they say i have to buy a colder one
bkr7eix-11 is a colder plug then pfr6e-10 (standart plug)
so what is your opinion for this
are these plugs are better from stock ones
