Kicker round Solobaric subs

Anyone have any experience of these? Any good? Ive been swithering between Comp VR and one of these for a while and have ended up going for the Kicker in a custom Kicker enclosure. Ordered today but will probably take about a week. I was wondering what kind of amp power would be required to get the potential out of the sub also?

they are great, i used to have a 10" sub, but should never have sold it!

It depends on what size you have and whether its a L5 or L7????

he says round solobaric in the title so it wont be a L5 or L7 cos they are the square models which i think are not as good as the older round models.

the round models were numbered SD10, SD12 etc i think

Sorry got confused thought the solobarics were the square ones

Ive an L7 which is very very loud with 900watts RMS through her. The old eyes get a good shaking.

they rock,i got two ,but only ever had the one going,and that was loud enough.getting a 1800w amp to power both soon
