lacquering my 2118 speedline stickers/decals?

right i have had my 2118's referbed recently in a satin black and i have some decals/stickers on the way direct from speedline. now i am worried that their going to get damaged after a few washes etc. i know some people like to lacquer decals/stickers but i was wondering if anyone one has had any bad experiences from doing this.

I wouldnt lacquer them now, unless your going to get it done profressionally, either way they will need to be keyed before lacquering else its going to flake off over time.

this is correct!
you could prep your wheels then add your decals then add just a slighty different colour then remove the decal and lacquer! great effect! but as sprayshack said let the pros do it for you!!!!
