Looking to improve my track day Clio

Hi All I've had my MK 2 Clio 182 for few months now and I must admit it has been fun! Changed the timing belt new oil and brake fluid as I wanted her at her best. All set ups standard apart from running on 15 wheels rear brace and engine bay brace, So now looking improve handling and performance so where do I start ? I the moment not sure to up load photos?

Hi thank for that so what diff did you fit and what was approx cost please I've have a decat s/s exhaust fitted and are stripping her out for a track day at Elvington at the end of the month also fitted now rear roll cage.

Welcome along mate, decent front brake pads, rear anti roll bar like the whiteline one and tuition will improve you/your track car

Those will be the best bang for your buck things to do ime

Depending on budget and what you want to spend can look at the suspension side of things , whether that's a set of lowering springs or coilovers

Changed the rear discs to standard Renault as cheap after market fitted also had new pads on front which have drilled vented discs at the same time. It has lowered springs with 15 inch wheels but would like to get that little extra in and out of the corners. Looked at coil overs but not sure which would be the best. But I must admit she is fun on the track as I don't use her for a road car. My wife says I should know better at my age!!

Strip it. Replace front seats with bucket type.
Decent track orientated tyres - R888 / Federal RSR etc..
Coilovers if you find it too soft for track..
Driver training.....

After that - what's your budget ?

I'm fitting buckets this week and fully stripping her out at the moment she is runs on toyo's. So which coil overs? I would like a Supercharger a used one if possible is k tech kit or is there other options ? My son in-laws have a M3 track day car but the Clio is a more rewarding drive in its class !
