30-45!!!! dont be a girl! ;)

mines 35mm on the front and a lot more on the back, the back looks good but the front isnt low enough! i think 60mm on the front would be good!

i dont want it too low mate as i had a nova at -60mm and it was a crap ride, my old valver was -30mm and that was a sweet ride.

dont really want to lose the comfy ride!!!

i reckon 35mm is the optimum ride height, looks nice and low(esp. with 17s ;) ), but you dont lose all comfort and it still handles well! no need for coilovers on a valver cos theyve got a competent suspension setup already!

My Valver is currently lowered about 50 to 60mm. It was lowered when I bought it.

Ive just bought some standard shocks and springs for the front, and will be adjusting the torsion bar on the back.

Having it lowered isnt any use to me now, I go to watch a lot of rallies and motorsport events down gravel tracks and in fields etc.

In the next two weeks, I will be selling my 60mm lowering springs, as well as some approx 35mm springs that I bought a little while back.

Let me know if you can wait that long, and well discuss it when Ive raised my car if you want.

All youd need then is to get the rear adjusted. I guess this would be about £50 ish?
