A very easy job.
Remove the air filter box to throttle body ducting.
Unplug the connectors to coil pack & air temperature sensor.
Remove the throttle body ( 4 bolts & you can give it a good clean with carb cleaner & a cloth at the same time, though don`t attempt to move the butterfly )
Pull the HT leads from the coil pack & unclip the coil pack wiring from it`s holder.
Pull the acoustic valve vacuum hose from its take off nozzle.
Unbolt the 7 10mm headed 6mm bolts ( 5 at the front & 2 at the back ) that hold the top manifold on and gently lift the front of the manifold enough to slide a
piece of cardboard between it and the lower inlet.
This is to STOP the broken stray component of the MAP sensor finding its way into the lower inlet or even worse, No 4 cylinder.
Lift and tilt the manifold, and hopefully your broken part will roll out the throttle body end.
Reassembly is the reverse with some LM grease smeared on either side of the gasket and oval O ring between the 2 halves.
You might want to replace said O ring, as a new one is soft & springy. My old one was hard as nails.

You might also take the opportunity to inspect/replace the spark plugs, take some compression readings and consider replacing your 14 year old HT leads.
