Mild rant & advice!

So I bagged a pair of brand new top mount kits (543A09780R) from an eBay seller - genuine part so all good.
Delay by Hermes collecting - not ideal but par for the course.
And it arrives this morning looking like it's been dropped off a tall building. Then kicked around a bit. Then dropped again - you get the picture.
The dirty little fecker of a driver dumped it with 2 other parcels and legged it.
And one of the top nuts is missing - what a shocker.
Local dealer has none, Renault Wolverhampton have none so my plan to refit new top mounts on Sunday with the new shocks & springs just went a bit sideways - because Hermes are fecking useless t***s.
Mild rant over - question is, does anyone have a 7703034268 nut spare OR can I substitute another nylock threaded nut(s)?
Properly pissed off about this.
TIA

Result. Local dealer to work have them in stock.
Hermes however remain a pile of steaming turd.

Ive just 'lost' a parcel through hermes. First time ive had an issue, thankfully paid insurance. Still annoying though.

Hermes are f*cking sh*te! They are cheap for a reason! I despise sellers who use them!
If I see an ad that says Hermes, I won't bother. But people are being sneaky now, saying first class etc but using these f*ckers instead :rage:

And we were getting on so well, lol. I read not so great stories but like I've said, no issues atall really. Thankfully I Allways insure the stuff I send.

To be fair I've used them myself for larger stuff recently where PF especially are properly expensive but not for anything fragile (bumpers etc.)

I had a nightmare with Parcel 2 Go recently, although I think they have something to do with my hermes... Got a set of NS2R's off a chap on ebay recently, and the P2G tracking number kept reporting that they had failed delivery. I had had no delivery cards left at the house, and had waited in a number of days the delivery was supposed to happen. So then P2G turn round and say I have to collect them from the depot, which is 90 miles away. They also say I need one of the cards that was left at my address, which I say I don't have, and they refuse to believe me. Long story short, the tyres never got delivered, and I just drove to pick them up after they were returned to sender. Would not touch P2G with a barge pole.
