Mk2 172/182 Gear Knob

I have a Mk2 172 gear knob which has a Silver Carbon effect ... Is the 182 gear knob the same or is it plain Silver? (on a Silver car of course!)

All 182s have plain silver inserts on steering wheel, gearknob and above the glovebox as far as Im aware.....
