My Yozza doesn't rasp!?!?

Anyone else have this problem!? I've seen all these vids on youtube etc. and they sound fantastic, main reason why I got one and it doesn't sound anything like!!!

Cal, as you know I wasn't too happy with it when I got it for the same reason as you. After a few more miles now it is sounding like the youtube videos (with cat ones). Dont know why it took time to sound like that but it did and i'm now happy

Glad you have got it sorted now my friend! I've taken it for a few good runs on the motorway thinking that maintaining a good speed would do it but nothing. Went and met a mate of mine who has a CTR and we took some video clips and my car sounded pap!
Sounds great inside, infact it's got one HELL of alot louder inside, I mean mega loud!:S Just from the outside doesnt have same affect.

Mine seemed to get better after my trip to the lakes where the car was driven fairly hard

The vids are really pap to be fair and it was dark but were meeting Saturday daytime so will take better vids then bud and post them.

Decat needed, I was also surprised the difference it made on the k-tec system my old K4J had.

It was really tame until I got the decat fitted.

Yes because of emmissions test. BUT, there are some garages out there that pass it so long as you have proof that you have your cat, in other words pop it in the boot and show them when you turn up.

Honestly bud it's absolutly fine, has a really good tone to it that isn't going to wake the village. I live in a little sleepy village and it's no problem pal. Get one!!!

High revs yeah it's gonna be loud, any sports exhaust is gonna be loud at high revs. But to be fair driving through a little village you shouldn't need high revs bud.

Right I have made my video clip and on my phone it sounded crap! On my dads phone it sounded awesome! It had hint of rasp to which made me giggle like a little schoolgirl,lol!

LOL! Its wierd the other night when the car had had a good blast there was no rasp. In that clip it was when the car was cold and it sounded great.

Mines the same, in my vid it was warm but when its cold its raspier and much louder.

Might get a silenced decat for mine from NWP, not decided yet.
