So I cleaned the car earlier and got a few quick, not the greatest, photo's.

I'm still currently not sure on when to sell. But it will be gone at xmas time for definite. Going the VW route with a 9n3 polo gti.

So this is how she'll be staying in my care.

I thought this. And it looks that way because of the black on the bottom of the right.
I measured it to find out if it was wonky or not haha. So must be that.

Yerh, I was close to getting a mk2 shape but I decided against it.
Wanted to go lower but couldn't be arsed with forking out for coilovers..

From the reg plate, im guessing this is the one i've seen around ripley a fair few times, firstly with purple wheels then you changed to black? If so why change!? the purple looked spot on.

im thinking of getting the same except for in blue, i am torn between splashing out on a mk3 tce sx or sticking to mk2 and saving the money... any thoughts?

yh it is a 1.2 tce turbo, i think its the world series one not the sx, its one of the higher specs of the 1.2.

Yeah I'm from Ripley. The purple was a just something I did without really thinking. Wanted the stealth look. You from around here?

yh i'm also from Ripley live just down from lidl, really did think the purple looked top notch but i saw you the other too and it looks pretty much just as good in stealth to be honest. I was thinking of getting a tce but the sx rather than the world series, they look great.

Purple was a nice purple, but was only really to a certain amount of peoples tastes.

Yeah the sx's are really easy to find.
The world series are special editions.

I am still in 2 minds of whther to go for an older one and make it look nice then move onto a mk3 in a year or 2, but back to that, im still loving the purple

Depends dunt it really.
Whether ya want a smart newer shape clio but have to keep saving to do bits and bobs to it. Or get an older one and complete most bits on it within a few month..
OR buy mine in a couple of month
