No claims break/gap.

My car insurance ran out yesterday and as I went to renew they were closed.

Does anyone know how long you get before it wipes your no claims?

Or is it dependant on company?

I've always been told 2 years from the date the proof of no claims is issued. if it's only just expired they won't even have issued that yet

If you're renewing with the same company, you may even have upto 7 days after expiry without losing continuous cover. Check your renewal documents properly

its 2 years.. if you ask for confirmation of your NCB it states on it it lasts 2 years
