The rear silencer will need a little work to it as it what sounds like metal particles rattling around in it so this may need cutting open to repack it and weld the end back on again. There is also a few dents in the rear silencer but these have not effected its structural condition. This should be a very simply task for an exhaust company of fabricator/welder.

Sounds like a pain in the arse.
