thinking either recaro sport sportline

or the konigsport k5000

already got the 172 ph2 interior, with the exception of the front seats - so want something to go with that the colours ive posted are the colours im thinking of getting.

was looking at the recaro trend sportline as well, but not much for it as theres no shape to the bottom bolsters.

^true it really doesnt do it justice, its kinda a red colour which changes black indifferent angles really nice although i do have to weigh up costs and the konigs are much cheaper

As you say, the Konigs are cheaper, but they also look it compared to the Recaros.

I'm biased of course.

konigs are 'synthetic' leather. but recaros are cloth. have sat in the konigs and they're perfect from a sitting position

Recaros look slightly more OEM, but it depends what kinda look you are going for. The Konigs are smart seats, but I don't like the sounds of synthetic leather. What would they be like for durability?

id advise you to check out those konigsports first.. i.e. sit in them!

an old mate of mine had them in her ford ka and they dug into my sides.. and im built like a racing snake..

god knows how anyone remotely fat can fit in them..
they also nearly touched her door cards they were that chunky.

gorgeous looking seats though and very supportive for a recliner.

the case was regarding my old billabong interior staining when in contact with water. already sat in some, and found them really comfy tbh theres a set on ebay at the mo, but not sure if they're a bit ott let me know what you think

I prefer the shape of the top one, but think it might be a bit ott colour wise.
Those bottom pair are going to be huge in a Clio!!

Hi Middo,

Are those recaros the same shape as the ones in the Trophy (they look as though they are)? Personally I don't find the Trophy seats very comfortable. There is a slight lump in the seat that presses into the back of your thighs and sometimes you have to squirm around a lot before getting comfy.

It can be a real pain in the arse (literally) after a while

as ive said ive sat in a set of konigs that were actually installed into a clio cup, so i know they fit nice (they're quite narrow) and are really comfortable. it also looks like being 800quid ish versus 1,200ish for the recaros.

probably going to have to be the konigs
