it's not difficult, but can be fiddly if everything else is still in place around it (rad, fuel rail guard, coolant pipes etc) as there's not alot of room to get your arms in there

put very simply, it is a case of removing old oil filter, fitting new sandwich plate (i found fitting the hoses to the plate first is alot less hassle than fitting the pipes afterwards when it is all in place) and then putting new filter (or the old one if it's in good nick) on top of the sandwich plate. then find somewhere to mount the cooler and attach the hoses to that

just make sure you torque up the sandwich plate bolt and smear oil over the rubber gaskets to get a good seal, otherwise, leaky leaky!

one of the hardest parts for me was routing the pipes away from anything that could rub/chafe, not easy in the renault engine bay (especially mine )
