oil leak near oil filter?? clio 1.2 16v

Hi, im new here, i have a 2001 1.2 clio 16v, after about every 30 -50 miles or so i notice oil on the end of the oil filter and on the outside if u look at the engine bay its coming from near the windscreen side if that makes sense? the oil on the dipstick doesnt seem to move that much. any idea where the leak is coming from? it doesnt look like its the filter casing it looks slightly higher.
