Origin Customer Service = Top Notch!!





My b2 has been playing up lately.. Id narrowed it down to a faulty cradle, as the b2 powers up in the house when updating the unit, but not in the car.

Rang up Origin & spoke to a lovely young girl, who within about 1 minute 30 seconds had told me my replacement cradle would be in the post first thing tomorrow, no questions asked (well, other than my serial number and name!!) :D Top marks for customer care.. well impressed!

Er, I paid over the odds.. well, £420, standard RRP.. but I got it on a no-questions credit plan which suited me at the time..

Got it from Networx Automotive in Lanarkshire, got the number from the back of Evo.. they have a site too tho.


Little update on the service - - - I rang at 4.55pm yesterday afternoon - - - the new cradle was on my doormat this morning !! :D

Road Angel are like that aswell, ive had new sticky pads and another power cable off em, both arrived next day
