My b2 has been playing up lately.. Id narrowed it down to a faulty cradle, as the b2 powers up in the house when updating the unit, but not in the car.
Rang up Origin & spoke to a lovely young girl, who within about 1 minute 30 seconds had told me my replacement cradle would be in the post first thing tomorrow, no questions asked (well, other than my serial number and name!!) Top marks for customer care.. well impressed!
