we have had her since new shes got 27k on the clock but she sales though her mots but in that time shes never had a new tire in 5years an not an expensive service does this seem right an dont think shes had her belts done yet

That doesn't sound quite right.

At two years or 18k it should have had a small service.
At four years or 36k it should have had a big service.
At five years or 72k it should have its belts changed.

My rear tires would have lasted till about 40k if it wasn't for punctures.

also tyres degrade after 5 years
