PE2's, PZeroNero, Eagle F1's?

  VaVa
had PE2's for a while - Pretty decent tyre and have worn well... Although I don't see what all the fuss is about. Don't rate them much higher than the standard contis tbh but they stay as a possibility because I can get them cheap from costco.

Never tried the Goodyears or the Pirellis so would like to hear if anyone has and what they thought.

  ST on the way...
The good thing about the PE2's is that they maintain the same grip level even when they're nearly worn out.

Goodyears have good & bad reviews depending on where there made.

Pe2's here for road use, contis were good on my 172, squeal a bit ;)

lol... I really liked the contis!

PE2's are a good tyre, don't get me wrong. Just I've heard so many people rave about them yet personally found them pretty unremarkable. Guess I may have been expecting too much.

Also toying as to whether the jump to 205's is worthwhile.... 195's seem a fiar chunk cheaper.

when my PE2s wear out i'll be changing to Eagle F1s... had them on the 172 and prefer them to the Michelins. I havent taken the PE2s on track yet though.

Though they have a new asymetrical (sp) design out now that's the replacement for the GSD3 - be the first to get them and do a report ;) lol

  a thirsty one
when i got a puncture in my michelin i couldnt find one so i went with a pirelli p zero nero im quite happy with it and it only cost me 50 quid.

I find that grip in the wet with the pe2's is very confidence inspiring. most premium tyres will be similar in the dry.

Had both on and off track. PE2s are better.......... I cant tell you how good Yoko Prada spec 2's are though

  impreza p1
