The bulbs have a blue "tip" on the glass so when not lid it reflect bluish in the lens..........thats it. You can get them with 30% or 50% more light than standard halogen bulbs, but only in H7 and H4 socket. Just a styling thing with the blue tip over the vision Plus that will give you the same light. I would have the Blue Vision for brigther light thou.........
I put some 50% uprated Halfords ones in my car (2002 dynamic but all Clio new shape biulbs 172 excepted are the same) and the different was noticable not sure if it was down to the fact I had 2 working lighs or not but Im sure there is a difference but its mainly at short distances ie the roads clearer at night
But if they last longer than the £6 Renault ones have then there worth it.
