Phone got wet this morning now its playing up.

Was at football this morning and we had a slight drop of rain.

In the changing rooms i checked my phone for missed calls and messages then i touched the key pad it then started cutting out and the screen constantly freezing.

I took the battery out and see there was a bit of water so i cleaned it but its still playing up.

Any suggestions ?

stick on the the radiator to dry out, ive done that before with wet phones.

I dropped one in the Loo once and that dried it out. lol

I will take the battery out and leave it on the rad.

take battery out and use clean (pref distilled) water to clean it.. yes I know your gonna soak the phone again, but its not the water thats bad.. its all the minerals and debris that will be left behind after you dry the phone off !

As I said.. clean it in fresh clean water then leave it to dry properly ( a light heat source helps speed the process) then your good to go.
