Power question

I have a question I hope some of you chaps can answer. My CUP has done 22k now and still has no mods, due to financial restraints. Things are going well now though, and I usually start with exhaust( I have my eyes on the new hidden one from ktec ), an induction kit( not a Viper-too expensive ) and a chip( probably a Unichip ).

Does this sound reasonable, and do you think 15 bhp and a bit more torque can be expected?
