Pressing wheel bearings in to new rear brake discs

  172 cup
hi folks

I've bought some new rear discs and pads for my 172 Cup, the discs came with bearings but they're not pressed in to the discs :dapprove:

this is the discs...

First of all, which way round do the bearings go in to the discs? do i insert the end of the bearing with the plastic bit sticking out, in to the discs first (inserting from the end in the first picture, for the bearing to sit down at the end in the second picture)? Can the bearings be hammered in with a hammer, or have you GOT to use a press?

thanks

I'm guessing hammering is not recommended.

Best bet is get down to a local garage or tyre and breaks place and you never know they might do it gratis. Can only be a couple of quid otherwise.

the rubber seal to the back of the disc and it will need to be pressed in lucky you havent got ABS as well
