Problem after lowering?

I had my sportlines fitted at the same time I had new strut tops fitted because they were making creaking sound, but I've had them fitted over 2 weeks now and the creaking is coming back, some days its realy lond and other its not at all, some times over speed bumps some times not? can any one help?

Is there any one who has any idea what this creaking could be? its lounder then ever?

Its not that because before i had the struts chaged and the springs fitting it was doing it then? thats why I had new ones fitted because they were making that creaking!
