Quality 20mm spacers

I am looking to purchase 20mm spacers for my F1ns. Could someone recommend a good make, the guy on the phone mentioned hub centric ????? Is 20mm too much or too little ?

Has anyone shimmed the rear wheels as these are close to the arch already ?
