im gettin a 16v as you all may well know by now, and ive been told they aint very fast. admitedly, im getting a bog standard loriginal one, which suits me perfectly, but the local nova boys tell me that they aint that powerfull. i reckon this is bull, they also say it has less than 100bhp??? im stupid when it comes to engines and stuff, but id imagine shed be more than 100bhp and shed kick there sorry vauxhall nova prat asses!! but im only assuming. i reckon shed be good for 130mph. whats the truth guys and gals please help!!! dont like being picked on by little novas!!

itll eat novas for breakfast mate! standard is 137BHP, 0-60 in 7.3-7.7 seconds, depends on whos driving it seems!!

Novas un modded are sloooooooooow - all are slower than a Valver as standard. Also a Valver handles and looks way better and has far more cred too

Does it matter?.....when you get it drive it and enjoy it for what it is! Either way it has more class, character and handles better than most Novas. Put it this way ..... Reno didnt have to get a company like lotus to get their range to handle properly. Even they still didnt manage to get mini-skips to handle properly LOL
