Being fair I know where he is coming from with semis in the wet.
A few years ago I bought some new wheels for the Williams and they had semis on.... The owner of the tyres as a passing comment as I was walking away after buying said "just be careful in the wet yeah".
Anyway, I was on my way to somewhere and went over this roundabout which you go round about 40, no big deal and in just went straight on. Wasn't doing anything wrong, nearly stacked it on the 4th corner of driving with these tyres. Semis in winter is a silly idea. I used to be able to make it spin in 3rd at 2k revs.
