Rear Brakes

Alright Guys

I just got a quick question about my rear brakes. Sorry if I sound dumb but i havn't got a clue about all this bearing business. I need new rear brakes and founbd this

now could i buy these and get a garage to put them straight on to my car or do I need something else as well?

would this be the solution to fitting them disks or would it be easier to just buy the disks with the bearings?
