Good to see you've sorted it now , but encase anyone else wants to get it off without hacking the arm off and hasn't got a pulling tool you can use two spanners to the same effect, one to place behind the spinal which holds it all together and then another to losen the blade. Can't remember exact sizes as I removed mine ages ago :/ Just remember lots of WD40 on the bolt and let it soak. Hope it helps
