Rebuild manual?

A few years ago when I built a f7r lump, I brought a rebuild manual which did a step by step rebuild with pictures and all the relevant torque settings.

Does anybody do one for the f4r as I don't want to buy the Haynes book of lies.

The Renault PDF f4r manuals are awful things, the ones I have anyway. The procedures and torque settings are all over the place. I took me a good while just to find all the torques I needed throughout the manuals.

Agree, they are a nightmare, hard to navigate.

I do have the Haynes manual however its for the 1,6, its seems "ok" as a guide, But im no expert.

I planning on a rebuild and only info you can get is scattered all over the Internet about torque setting and instructions etc
