Removing calipers + bleeding brakes

Im going to have a go at removing my wilwoods shortly and replacing with standard calipers and discs. Is there a guide for this and bleeding the brakes after?

Eezi bleed is about the best £16 I spent on kit for my cars, It takes all the hassle out of bleeding the brakes plus you dont need to keep getting up and shouting out orders to a mate

1 question, what width tubing do i need to connect to the bleed nipple?
