removing rear subframe/axle/beam

Guys does anyone know how to remove the bolts? To remove the beam? From underneath they just spin and on top is just a circular disk?

  Sprint 172
The clips on the top of the bolts break. Easier to take the bolt out from the brackets after dropping the fuel tank down a bit.
