Renaultsport Recaro seats for 182

Anybody had the Renaultsport Recaros fitted to their 182?
Do they lower the driving postion a lot more compared to the standards,even though they arent height adjustable?

hello and welcome - from reading threads on here i think it only lowers the position by about 10mm

i do not know of anyone who has some yet

The recaros will lower the driving position by 10mm.



There has been a big delay on the seats due to renault placing them in the brochure too early. I ordered my 182 at the end of february and it wont be here till 3nd of May cause of the recaros. I dont think any one will have any yet. As soon as i get mine i will post the pics straight away.

Does anyone know if these seats can be "retro" fitted to the 172 and 172 cup (and maybe even the Vee) as an option?

People where being directed to the Recaro website for them, think they are called Trendlines.

By all accounts they where two wide for the V and rub on the centre console.

Talk to Yozza or Demaon tweeks they cna make the seats fit or get some better ones fitted if you want for less than Renault would ask.

yes can retro fit but would cost more from recaro £600 iirc each or £580 for both fully fitted from reno

i just looked on renault web site it says if you pick these seats the back seats are graphic night fabric thats a bit toss int it.i used to make that fabric anyone that has it look very close for small stitchs

apparently they change the back bench coz it looks better then the leather with the recaros also you loose the rear headrests too

yea and its cheaper! the seats dont look that good anyway quality looks a bit motorworld tatty not cliosport tasty (renault could use that slogan to advertise i dont mind)
