I know most people think these are pants, and this one is not near a good one, but for £7k... pretty sure the kit alone costs over £10k

According to the Extreme site they're practically identical. Also just noticed they've dropped the price to £4k now for the kit, bet the people who paid over £10k are pissed...

you can tell fakes a mile away, they never have the genuine wheels or seats. Folk stick the badges on them etc, but they are never parts from Ferrari.

I've only ever seen MR2, F355's on the road. The owners always go way OTT with the badges on them, plus the other bits that are wrong.

I've nver seen a Pug 406, 360 one - I reckon i'd clock it too.

Whatever they do to them, they will NEVER sound like a Ferrari, unless they put the engine from one in it.

That is actually a good copy, but I doubt it'll have the same dimensions as a real one, it'll be too short etc.

Looking on their website a few cars do look pretty convincing, the Lambo Murcialago (sp) looks quite good, but it'll never have the noise or the pace of a real one.
If you saw one out & they floored it, you'd know straight away.
The fake bits they make look quite realistic. With all of the bits on they pretty convincing.

I do find it pretty sad that folk but them though. For me it would be real, or nothing i'd feel a complete prat in a fake car if I saw someone with a REAL ONE.

I think some of the better murci's are fitted with an Audi w12 engine, which would maybe sound similar to the real thing? and possibly go almost as well too. I've never owned one, and like you probably never would. I'm just fascinated by how close they can get them to look etc, I'm the same with replica watches, I've owned dozens of top end replica watches, but I've never worn any of them.

Silver one looks alright, you can tell a mile off though from the spacers, also on the 430 kit the rear panel behind the vent is quite high and goes straight so quite noticable.
