RS Tuner connection problem (Sorry!)

I bought a second hand RS Tuner a while back, and got an unlock code and used it no problem.

However I tried plugging it in again just now to turn my EML off, and am having a problem.
As I'm having to use a different Laptop. I downloaded the RS Tuner programme and all installed fine.

However when I plug it into the car, and click connect, I get the message "Unrecognised Vehicle Identification (VIN) Number"

I have emailed Henk, but ideally need this done tomorrow for my MOT, so just wondering if anyone knew off here what the problem is..

Have you put in the correct vin? Stupid question I know.

Doesn't give me an option to input the VIN anywhere? Last time it did everything automatically I'm pretty sure..
Just click connect > "Auto Detect OBD mode" > Connect, and it pauses, then the message comes up..

Also when I click the "about" button, the "Unlock VCI" button is clickable, I did this last time, managed to find my original unlock code from Henk, but if I try and input this it says "Incorrect code" or something like that..
