rs tuners..?

hello..
ive been thinking of getting one of these to remap my 182 but read a few things on here that they messed up the cruise control.
i wondered if this is a common problem or no..
also it seems a bit of a pain ordering then loading it all onto the car id rather just take the car somewhere to be done and wondered if the likes of ktec do remaps that they load onto standard cars like the rs tuner does..
i dont mind working on cars it just i am crap with computors unless on ebay or p**n...

Yep it does disable the cruise control (sometimes) but comes back on after a few miles

Yep k-tec do remapping etc and generic maps like the RSTuner. i'm also crap with computers but the RSTuner is easier than sending an email
