RS Tunwe fault when reading ECU

So ive had the code from Henk, entered it, entered the vin etc all correct but when i go the read the ecu it comes up with a box saying "Could not read from ECU" then another after it saying "Size of data does not match size of ECU area"

Am i doing something daft and a simple solution is needed? Ive contacted Henk but his replies are quite latent, cheers

Ahh fair enough, i assumed he was from europe given the website currency
Really hope ive not messed anything up with it!
