It would be a challenge to make that mint again, What are people thinking of when they go down that route...

ofcourse not, bumper lights and alloys. done :)
And the rest, get rid of the tints, number plate, stickers, the sh@t coilovers, getting 182 alloys or Turini's if any on For sale section and sourcing and respraying a new bumper, plus replacing the lights etc, thats a bit of money to be spent...Not too mention the engine is probably ragged as well.

tints and stickers i imagine are easy enough to remove; hairdryer and a knife or similar, number plates arent that big of a deal but if they need doing quick then £30 or so off fancy plates, raceland arent that bad :p turinis come up every week (sods law since i bought mine) and a new bumper is £160 or so from wests.

you could probably haggle the price of all of that off the car by pointing out to the owner how s**t it looks :) the engine though youre probably right about.

Possibly...Love the Inferno 182's, colour looks great in the sun. Spend another £500 and you'll get a mint one with lower miles.

I looked at and drove a inferno 182 last week, 28K on the clock, wanted £4500 for it. Really wanted it, but was a bit of a dog, did'nt run brilliant for 28k on the clock, and the belts havent been done, which is more expense, plus needed a new splitter, tax, mot and new tyres all round. He wouldnt budge on the price, even though i was telling him it needed over a grand spent on it, he was'nt have'nt it at all.

Had a simliar thing when buying my RB, seller was a tool, saying the cambelt is a 20 min job and only costs £100. Waste of breath talking to them!

Yeah I know the feeling, this guy said because of the low miles, the belts did'nt need doing. I questioned it, saying 48k or 5yrs for the belts, resulting in him saying Renault did'nt know what they were talking about...LOL
