This is strongly aimed at particular insurance companies if you watched the whole thing. Garages which are PAS125 approved have to conform to certain standards and wouldn't "skimp" on repairs. Also under most policies you will be liable for the extra cost of not going to an insurance repair centre.

There are many more things to take into account than you see on the surface.
