Should I worry about intake manifold oil?

Whilst changing the injector on sat I decided to check a few bits as the air filter is a K&N and hadnt been cleaned by the previous owners. I popped off the intake and noticed an oily substance on the sides on the inlet manifolds as per the attached photos. Should I be concerned? seemed strangle to only be on one side.

I noticed a similar light 'film' of oil when I had the inlet manifold off whilst changing my spark plugs but put it down to the crankcase ventilation.
