Use any of the selection of buds and find one that seems a good fit, put on a song that you're familiar with and play around.

I'd suggest the medium rubber plugs for longevity, but if you can't get them to fit nicely (lack of bass) then use the foamies.

For the foamies you need to squeeze them and compress them fully, then put them in your ear and hold them there for 10 seconds while the foam expands. Oh and when they get filled with wax just soak them in hot water and dry them with a hairdryer.

Failing all of the above, you can buy some triple-flange buds for them.

I picked up some of the triple flange type lugs for my shure's, best fit for me as i have big inner ears! They don't budge when i'm out jogging either.

Ive had a pair of these for a while but cant get on with them

do you guys with them actually fit them there meant to be with the cable going over your ear?

bought some from amazon, if they are any good i might buy some expensive ones, jsut never had the stuff ti in your ear type before so need to see if i like them.

cx300 = shite in comparison, flimsy and poor fit. But cheap enough to make them an option I guess.

I love my E3C's lovely headphone, superb for filtering own nuisance pricks on trains.
