Some one to PC my car?

After the epic fail of the scratch x, i was looking into getting a PC (machine polisher) but i am not convinsed at all, so i was thinking if some one else has one in the north yorkshire area, they could do my car to prove me wrong because i dont beleave they work, ok i've seen the pictures but i need to see it for my self, beacuse i know if i get one i'll end up with more scratchs then when i started with, i am willing to pay for who ever to do it, please contact me if there is any one willing to do that? many thanks And

What are you not convinced about mate? You being able to use one or that you don't think they work? (Trust me, they do! lol)

I just think because the turn at a high rate and that me putting presser on it on the bodywork will just give me more swrils than i started with, i dont understand how it gets rid of them, i need to see some one do it to prove thay don't make more swrils and that they do get rid of the ones i've got and also see how best to use it since i've never use one before,

Most of the professional detailers on here will charge £100-200 mate!

I wasn't realy looking for a professional job just some one who has one, to prove it works on my car and how to use it, if i buy one i only have £100 to spend on the whole kit, and i don't even noe where that'll get me,

£100 wont get you much, treble it.

I'm unsure on why you are so naive, if you google there will be lots of useful information.

Its a very straightforward concept.

Particularly post #3, as this answers your question on how polishing works.

Ill do it for you for a few quid if you like, dont want a lot as i enjoy doing it, prolly looking for enough to cover the pads i use lol.

just got my G220 and after mine is done (as i will need a bit of practise) ill gladly do it, im based in Hull and if your willing to wait around for numerous hours for me to do it then thats fine. id be willing to give the car a full clay, posish and a wax if you like. If your not to far away and you have both an outside tap and a garage for me to work in ill do it.

Did part of my bonnet before the current G220 broke and the results were good, my new one arrives thursday.

Only thing is im a student so i have 2 free days in my week which are monday and wednesday. Let me know if your interested.

Come down to Nottingham on a weekday an ill show you that they work.
They work bloody well i know, a mate tried to polish his dads merc with a rotary buffer an caught some dust or well sand under the pad, because he was in the shade he could not see the damage he was doing an did the whole car then buff off.
Called me up and 4 hours later the problem was solved, so was his heart racing as daddy was going to kill him big time.

The do work very very well, just a bit time consuming tbh.
