Something in my Engine Bay is missing

Hi Guys im new to the forum will hopefully be on here a lot.

I have bought a Clio 182 and noticed something from the engine bay is missing.

Can someone please tell me what the part is called, Its the silver thing which sits above the injectors.

Fuel Rail Guard...

Can be had cheap on here, I would imagine quite a few people have one lying around!

Does it bolt onto the circle which is on the fuel rail? as i have a hole which looks like it leads to a filter?

There should be two threads sticking out the front of the lower inlet, just above the fuel rail. The guard slides over and two nuts hold it on...

Ignore that, its usually where the regulator sits (on a Ph1 engine, you can probably see the silver regulator in my picture). On a 172 Ph2/182 it isn't used as there is only a single feed to the fuel rail, there is no return to the pump.

It's not really needed to be honest, unless you plan on driving into something! It's just to protect the fuel rail in a crash. It does polish up nice though!
