Spark Plug Torque?

just collected my NGK PFR6E-10's what torque do i need them at?
Do i also need to alter the gapage?

Gap should be fine thats what the "-10" at the end depicts.

Torque is 25-30nM, but its been posted about a zillion times before (so search for confirmation)

hand tight then a quarter turn with the wrench is what i do. and you cant of looked to hard. taken me a few seconds and it was on the first page of results

cant say i have ever used a torque wrench for spark plugs

^quite important on the F4R IMO as they have a habit of blowing the plug out the head if not tight

oh ok. didnt know that. maybe have to change that tonite. main reason is i dont have a working torque wrench anymore as my son took the little screws out of the rachet end!!!! and lost them!!!!


oh well better get one.
