Speedo needle bounces about

Under hard acceleration in 3rd and above gears above 5k the needle seems to hold back and then bounces about abit and same as if your trying to hold it steady at 110 it bounces up as though the wheels spin.. Any 1 had similar problem

What Dan said. I had mine replaced on my 02 172, it wasnt very expensive.

thought it could maybe be this cheers.. il just get it done on the next service seen as its due in 3.5k again so wont be long lol
