Sports Manifold for Clio RSi....

Just as the title says. Iv not had much luck on here with my other link to do with the manifold im after so ive made a new thread to get people looking and to hopfully help me now.
Where can i find a manifold?
I dont want to get one custom made as ive been on the phone and apparently they are pretty hard to make and expensive so id rather find one to buy? please help! cheers

have a look on the k-tec website mate, they have one for the 1.8 16v

Ive never heard of a company making one..

And ive owned 2 tuned RSi's now, i think you cant match it to the head and grind the insides where it meets the down pipe but thats about it.

Try and speak to nick at Hill Power, he knows his stuff with these engines.

On N/A tuning i think the max you can get is about 140 - 150BHP

Have got in touch with K-Tec.. they are very helpful, they dont know of a manifold for the RSi so i may wait and get one made. thanks.

youll need somebody to measure it all up, create a custom jig, hydroform the pipe work, weld it all together.. nobody would take it on!

Plus there would be no gain at all

you wont get alot of power out of your RSi anyway your limited by the number of valves you have as i said 140ish is the most youll get, which would consist of:

headwork

wilder cam + pulley

2L bottem end off laguna

Blue printed

remapped

your talking around 2K easily with the labour involved..

just stick a williams engine in there , they can be picked up for £400

Propper, cheers for the help and advise..i still havnt even got the clio yet, im still paying it off so sod knows how i cant pay for 2k worth ov tune up bits. Ill prob be happy with exhaust system for now! cheers

What are the specs on the Williams engine? Does anyone have them? Tried looking through google and couldn't find anything
